Excel はすべて閉じたはずなのにまだプロセスに残っている場合がある。
それが原因でフォルダの削除や移動、名前の変更ができなかったりする。
コマンドプロンプトで以下のコマンドを実行すると、
プロセスに残っている Excel をすべて強制終了する。
taskkill /f /im excel.exe
