wildflly10 java8 でERROR [org.jboss.jca.core.tx.jbossts.XAResourceRecoveryImpl] (Periodic Recovery) IJ000906　エラーが出た場合の対処法

standalone.xmlの、以下の記述が使用できないときなど発生するみたいです。

<xa-datasource-property name="Encoding">
　　UTF8
</xa-datasource-property>

xa-datasource-propertyで指定できないものを指定していた場合
に発生するエラーのようです。
僕の場合DB接続まわりでEncodingを指定していた事で発生していました。
