音声編集ソフト Audacity を使って wav の音量を下げる方法を解説します。
まず音量を下げたいwavファイルを開いて
[Edit]->[Select]->[All]
で音声ファイルの全体を選択します。
Ctrl + A で選択しても構いません。
次に[Effect]->[Amplify]を選択して "Amplification (dB)" の値を下げます。
[File]->[Export As Wav] で適当なファイル名をつけて出力すれば作業は完了です。
