iOS8 UIAlertView を つかって、dismissViewControllerAnimated:completionする場合は、
clickedButtonAtIndexからやるのではなく、didDismissWithButtonIndexからやらないといけない。clickedButtonAtIndexからやると、次にUIAlertViewを出すときにappがcrashする。
