Top企業のVision、Mission、Core Value と North Star Metrics を集めてみました。1
それぞれの定義について、ここにメモします。
- Mission: プロダクトやチームが存在する理由。作っている目的。現在。
- Vision: 数年先のなりたい姿。未来を表す。
- Core Value: 市場と交換する価値。プロダクトが社会へ提供する価値のこと。
- NSM(North Star Metrics): 「プロダクトの本質的な価値がユーザに届いているかを測る単一の指標」。OMTM(One Metrics That Matters)と同一して考えることもある。2
プロダクトチームや部門間でも、プロダクト開発に対して目線合わせをするために、言語化して共有するのは大切なことです。
