cpanm --installdeps .
｢.｣は、ディレクトリ指定なので。
cpanfileのディレクトリにいない場合は、
cpanm --installdeps /home/user/dir
のようにディレクトリを指定してあげる。
cpanm --installdeps /home/user/dir/cpanfile
という感じにファイルまで指定しないこと。
