Python : pip install requestsで失敗する件のエラー解消方法 #Python

『エラー現状』

python内で、『requests』をimportするためにrequestsモジュールをpipで、installする際に下のエラーがでることがあります。
pythonのバージョンは、2.7です。

$ pip install requests
Collecting requests
  Could not fetch URL https://pypi.python.org/simple/requests/: There was a problem confirming the ssl certificate: [SSL: TLSV1_ALERT_PROTOCOL_VERSION] tlsv1 alert protocol version (_ssl.c:590) - skipping
  Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement requests (from versions: )
No matching distribution found for requests

どうやら、ssl証明書あたりでエラーを履いているようです。

『解消方法』

解消方法は簡単で、pipをアップデートすれば直ります。
