ChatGPTでチャット内容を送信しないようにする

デフォルトではChatGPTに入力された内容をOpenAI社に送られてChatGPTを改善するために利用されます。
個人情報保護のために情報を送信したくない場合は次の手順を行います。

  1. ChatGPTページの左下に表示されるメールアドレスの右の「...」をクリックする。

  2. 「Show」をクリックする。

  3. 「Chat History & Training」を無効にする。
