経緯

久しぶりにpod trunk push を実行すると、タイトルのエラーが発生しました。

[!] Authentication token is invalid or unverified. Either verify it with the email that was sent or register a new session.

解決方法

1, $ pod trunk register 自分のメールアドレス '自分の名前'
2, メールアドレスに届いたリンクを開く
3, 改めて$ pod truck pushを実行する

余談

余談ですが、CocoaPods 1.5.3だとXcode 11でバリデーションが通りませんでした。

みたいなエラーが出ます。

sudo gem update cocoapods

で 1.8.0にバージョンアップすると解決されていました。
