register_oom_notifier() に関して、OOM Killerの発動を検知したい ぐらいしかまともな記事がないので、ちょっと突っ込んで調べてみる。
notifierの登録
ざっくり見ると、notifier_blockのメンバ変数でpriorityに応じた優先度付きでコールチェインを組めるっぽい。
