Finderなどから直接ファイルをXcodeのResourcesフォルダにドラッグ＆ドロップするとファイルが追加されますが、FileUtils::setSearchPathsメソッドでのファイル検索パス設定はうまく働かないようです。
少し面倒でも、毎回プロジェクトのフォルダにFinderなどでファイル自体をコピーしてから、XcodeのResourcesフォルダの"Add Files to ..."からファイル追加をするようにしましょう。
