ActiveRecord4 の uniqueness の validation で TypeError が発生する

ActiveRecord 4 から uniqueness の validation に value の型を変換する処理が追加されていて、Hash や Array が与えられた場合、TypeError の例外が発生してしまう
対策としては、validation に if のオプションで文字列などの型の指定をつけるなど
