エラー概要

spring-bootを３．０．２から3.1.3にバージョンアップしたが、
mysqlに接続部分でエラー発生

対応方法

runtimeOnly 'mysql:mysql-connector-java'
↓
runtimeOnly 'com.mysql:mysql-connector-j'
で解決
