Microsoft.Windows.SDK.Contractsインスト－ル

UWPのAPIをWPFで利用するには、Microsoft.Windows.SDK.ContractsをNuGetでインストールするのが簡単ですが、インストールできなかったり、ビルドする際、Must use PackageReference エラーが発生する場合、次を確認します。

環境：VisualStudio 2019

既定のパッケージ管理形式　PackageReference

プロジェクトのパッケージ管理が、古いタイプの場合、
packages.config を PackageReference に移行する

移行する場合は、プロジェクトをバックアップしてから実行した方がよさそうです。
