Swift デバイスのモデル名を取得する

デバイスのモデル名を取得する方法についてです。
Appleからメソッドが用意されておらず頑張るしかありません。
デバイスからモデルのIDは取得できるためIDから変換してやります。

  • iPhone8,1 → iPhone 6
  • iPhone8,2 → iPhone 6s Plus

GitHubで公開していますのでご自由にお使いください。

DeviceInformation.modelNameでモデル名が取得できます。
