コピー＆ペーストは思っている以上に処理時間が掛かる

コピー元セルが数式を含んだものであったりするとより違いが出る

変更前

Cells(1, 1).Copy
Cells(2, 1).PasteSpecial
Cells(3, 1).PasteSpecial
Cells(4, 1).PasteSpecial
Cells(5, 1).PasteSpecial

変更後

Cells(1, 1).Copy
Range(Cells(2, 1), Cells(5, 1)).PasteSpecial
