dashはjupyter notebookでは実行できなかった件

①dashでjupyter notebook が実行できなかった

上記の問題は使用なために解決できない模様（多分）

②jupyter notebook で、実行すると、

vscに記述して👉ターミナルで実行するとエラーが表示された

これは、エンコードがなんとかと問題だった

色々調べた結果、、、

ターミナルの実行コマンドが問題だった

正しくは、、、

Python3 hello.py

でした
