Xcodeで無料でデバッグする手順は検索すればいろいろ出てくるが、自分のエラーメッセージはそれらとは異なるものだった

上記2つ。
たぶん Apple Developer にアカウントを作ったばかりじゃないだろうか、自分の場合2時間くらいたったらエラーが消えて普通にデバッグできるようになった
