Windows10でWiiリモコンをbluetoothで追加しようとすると、確認コードを聞かれることがありません。

そういったとき、おそらくはUWPでできた設定画面からbluetoothの設定を開いているのが原因です。
Windows7ライクなコンパネから追加してあげてください。
