【Chrome】Google検索時に見つかったpdfファイルがなぜかダウンロードできない

問題

Google検索でpdfファイルを開こうとしても、無反応
リンク先の保存は警告が出てしまいます。

解決法

httpsなサイトを閲覧中にhttpからのファイルダウンロードは防がれてしまうという仕様のせいでした。

chrome://flags/#treat-unsafe-downloads-as-active-content

をDisabledして、Choromeを再起動すればよい（セキュアではないが)
