新規作成したOutlookのアカウントを設定したときに以下のメッセージが出てメールの受信ができないときのメモ
"User is authenticated but not connected"
- OutlookのWebにログイン
- 設定の歯車アイコンからメール>転送とIMAPを選択
- 下の方にサインインのボタンがあるのでサインイン
- POPとIMAPのスイッチが表示されるので使う方のスイッチをONにする
