windbgを管理者で起動。
メニューからopen crash dumpでダンプファイル(C:\Windows\Minidump\xxxx.dmp)を開く。
!analyze -v って打ってみる。
何か分かるかも。
windbgはDebugging Tools for Windowsにはいってる。
