解決方法
はじめにpipをアップグレードしておく。これは念のためでしなくてもいい。
pip install --upgrade pip
そのあと次のコマンドでインストールできるはず。パッケージ名は適宜書き換えてください。
sudo pip install パッケージ名 --upgrade --ignore-installed six
