変異数を数える用途で、よく使うのでメモ。
grep -v '^#' hogehoge.vcf | wc -l
-v で次に来るものを除外します。'^#'で、#から始まる行を指定しています。|により、次のコマンドにgrepの結果を渡します。wc -lで行数を数えます。
