Laravel + Nuxtで急にGmailが送信できなくなった件について

事象

本番環境でメール送信をメールホストをGmailのSMTPで送信していたが急遽エラーが発生した

Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username 
"XXXXXXXX@gmail.com" using 3 possible authenticators.
 Authenticator LOGIN returned Expected response code 235 but got code
 "534", with message "534-5.7.14

解決方法

Gmailの外部アプリケーションで使用するパスワードをアプリケーションごとに固定化したpasswordを設定する必要がある

アプリパスワードの固定化を参考に下記の手順でやったら解決できました

①2段階プロセスの有効化

②アプリパスワードを作成

アプリの選択でその他を選択肢、アプリ名を記載する
