ブラウザがリクエスト送信時に自動的に付与するデータ
cookieはドメイン単位で管理されていて、他のドメインのcookieを参照することはできない

サードパーティクッキーとは

iframeで表示されている別のドメインのコンテンツが発行、利用する別ドメインのcookie

アフィリエイト等のiframeがサイト横断でcookieをやり取りするのに使われている

セキュリティ上のリスク

特になし

プライバシー面での問題はよく指摘されており、将来的にブラウザ側がサードパーティクッキーをブロックするようになる可能性がある
