AppLayout.tsxのサイドバーを別ファイルに切り出して、型定義していく。
srcのcomponentsのcommonの中に、SideBar.tsxを作ります。
ひな形を作成して、
return文の中に、サイドバーで切り取った部分を貼り付けます。
メモで書かれてあるサイドバーの部分は削除しておきます。
