「デスクトップ」、「ダウンロード」…等のデフォルトで用意されている
2バイト文字のディレクトリを英語表記に変えるには、ターミナルで以下のコマンドを打ち、
$ LANG=C xdg-user-dirs-gtk-update
実行後に出てくるウィンドウで、「Don't ask me this again」にチェックを入れて、
[ Update Names ] ボタンを押下すれば英語表記となる。
設定ファイルは ~/.config/user-dirs.dirs にあり。
