Supervisor の conf で HOSTNAME を当てたい

下記のような設定ファイルに $HOSTNAME を渡したいとときは $HOSTNAME を渡すのではなく、 %(host_node_name)s で渡します。 ちなみに %(HOSTNAME)s はダメでした。

sample.ini
[program:sample]
command=/bin/sample　--env HOSTNAME=%(host_node_name)s
