アプリのあるディレクトリに移動してから以下のコマンドを実行していく

  $ cd C:\App\app_name
  $ git init Initialized empty Git repository in C:\App\app_name/.git/
  $ git remote add origin https://[ユーザー名]@bitbucket.org/-----/-----.git
  $ git add .
  $ git commit -m "first commit"
  $ git push -u origin master
