Yosemite と Mavericks 間で AirDrop したい

Mac 同士で Wifi / Bluetooth を使ってファイルのやりとりをする AirDrop、Mavericks 同士とか Yosemite 同士というふうに OS のバージョンが一致していれば問題はないのですが、Mavericks <=> Yosemite といふうに OS をまたぐと相手のマシンが表示されません。
さっさと Yosemite に上げるという解決策もありますが、そうも行かない場合はあります。

解決策

__Yosemite 側__の AirDrop 画面で「お探しの相手が表示されませんか？」を押すと、「古い機種の Mac を検索」というボタンが出てきます。

このボタンを押すと、Mavericks マシンが AirDrop 一覧に出てきます。
