EC2の画面に遷移すると下記のエラーが表示されてサービスが利用できなかった。
We need additional information from you to complete your sign up. Here are few things
you can try to expedite the process:
本人認証が完了していないのが原因だった。
Amazon Kinesisのページに、本人認証の続きを行うためのリンクがあった。
画面遷移後に「Sign up」をクリックし電話認証を行ったところ無事問題は解決した。
