意思決定の仕方のコツ

  • 大人数で決めすぎない。船頭が多いとハッカソンは勝てない。
  • 仲間でいいが、大事な局面のためにリーダーを決めたほうがいい
  • 完全な合議制で平均点のアイデアを出しても、審査員さんの心に響かない
  • 成果発表時に審査員さんが感動して泣いてしまうような内容が理想的
  • その為にはリーダーのパーソナルストーリーだとなおいい
  • 逆にパーソナルストーリーを持っている人がリーダーをやるとUI/UXのYES/NOを即座に出せるのでPDCAは速く回る
