Salesforce force:auth:device:login is not a sfdx command

概要

sfdxの7.83.0（7.82.0は問題なし）から上記のエラーが表示されるようになりましたので、対処方法について以下にメモします。
また上記のエラーのみならず、force:auth:xxxのすべてコマンドが上記のようなエラーになります。

対象法

authプラグインを別途追加すること、以上！
