date && [実効時間を測定したいcommand] && date
&&でコマンドをつなぐと&&の左側のコマンドが正常終了したあと、&&の右側のコマンドが実行される。
時間を測定したいコマンドの前後に&&ではさんでdateコマンドを実行すれば、実行開始時間と終了時間が取れるので、あとは手計算でかかった時間が分かる。
