git reset --hard HEAD && git clean -fd && git pull
チェックアウトしているブランチの状態が、originと同じになる
git reset --hard origin/<ブランチ名>
上記も最終的な結果は同じだが、ブランチ名でコマンドが変わるので
プログラマー以外に説明するときは、こっちは教えないほうがいいのかも？
