Mediumさんに翻訳に関するポリシーを聞いてみた

Medium.comに、翻訳ポリシーに関する質問をしました。
自分のリテラシーが低く、該当記述を探すことができなかったので。。明確な回答を得たのでQiitaに書き残しておきます。

結論から言うと、投稿者の了承を得れば好きにしていいとのことでした。
