なぜ作成するのか？

ルートアカウントは利用している全サービスとリソースに対して全操作が行える強い権限を持つ
→ 適切な権限を付与したIAMユーザーで通常の構築・運用作業を行うことがベストプラクティス

1. IAMユーザーを作成する

2. ユーザー詳細を設定する

3. グループを作成する

自身を管理者としたグループを作成する

4. タグを追加する
