超簡単に説明すると子ウィジェットに一致する親ウィジェットがない場合に発生します。

OKな例

Stack( 
  children:[
    Positioned(
      child: Text("Hello ")
    )
  ]
)

NGな例

Stack( 
  children:[
    Positioned(
      child: Text("Hello ")
    )
  ]
)
↓これ
Positioned(
  child: Text("Hello ")
)

PositionedはStackの中で使うものなので、外では使えませんよって言うことでした
