tarball が大きすぎると，とりあえず scp して展開するみたいなフローが使えません（2 倍の容量が必要になるため）
展開しながら scp みたいなことができると便利そうです
cat hoge.tar | ssh -c arcfour256 example.com "tar xv -C /tmp/hoge/fuga"
みたいにすると良い感じです
