[windows][python3] windows上のpython3 venv Activate方法

venvのactivate方法が、mac/linuxと違ったので、メモっておきます。

python3のインストール方法は割愛します。

Activate

PowerShell 上で以下のコマンドを実行します。

$ python -m venv ml
$ cd ml

$ ./Scripts/activate

$ which pip
/path/to/ml/Scripts/pip
