rosbridgeをnoeticにインストール

sudo apt install ros-noetic-rosbridge-server

ライブラリのインストール

pip3で以下のライブラリをインストールしてください.

pip3 install pyyaml rospkg twisted cryptography six pyopenssl autobahn tornado bson pymongo 

pip3 インストールはこちら

sudo apt install python3-pip

実行

roslaunch rosbridge_server rosbridge_websocket.launch
