Atom の vim-mode-plus で気づいたけど、カーソル移動に違和感があった。
なにかと思ったらキーを押しっぱなしにした際のキーリピートが遅くなり、かつリピート間隔も長くなっている。vim-mode-plus をアップデートしたせい？とググっていたら違うものを見つけて解決。
Sierra の標準設定がこうなったのかは分からないけど、macOS 側の設定変更で無事に元通り。
