初心者とCommand PhaseScriptExecution failed with a nonzero exit code

初めてCommand PhaseScriptExecution failed with a nonzero exit codeが起きました。

ただし自分の場合は単純な原因でした。
一つの例として共有します。

状況

・xcode 12.4
・CocoaPods 1.10.1
podで導入したライブラリ
・R.swift・Realm

ビルド実行時に「Command PhaseScriptExecution failed with a nonzero exit code」が発生しビルドが止まってしまう。

プロジェクト名.xcodeprojを開いていた。

プロジェクト名.xcworkspaceを開き、ビルドが成功しました。

みたことがないエラーが起きると焦ってしまいますが落ち着いて対応していきたいです。
