regedit.exeを起動させます。
下記のパスを開いてください。
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
CTFMonという文字列値があればC:\Windows\system32\ctfmon.exeという値が入っていることを確認してください。
なければ新しくCTFMonという文字列値を作成して値を入力してください。
コンピュータの再起動が必要となります。
