pandoc Windows版のインストールpath

pandoc のpathについて

ほとんど素人なので、以下のような質問をご容赦ください。

OS: Windows7 Proffessional 64bit

pandoc-2.0.4-windows.msi をデフォルトでインストール

C:\Users\Okuma>pandoc -v とやると

pandoc 2.0.4
Compiled with pandoc-types 1.17.3, texmath 0.10, skylighting 0.4.4.1
Default user data directory: C:\Users\Okuma\AppData\Roaming\pandoc

C:\Users\Okuma>where pandoc とやると

C:\Users\Okuma\AppData\Local\Pandoc\pandoc.exe
これは実際には見当たらない！

どのようにインストールすればよいのでしょうか？
