Moving from Postfix/Dovecot 2.0.x/Cyrus SASL to Postfix/Dovecot 2.2.x/Dovecot SASL

CentOS 6.5/postfix/Dovecot 2.0.9/Cyrus SASL の環境から CentOS 7/postfix/Devecot 2.2.10/Dovecot SASL を移行しようとして若干はまったので備忘録。

• /etc/dovecot/conf.d/15-mailboxes.conf の設定かファイル自体の削除が必要。2.0.9 と同じように動かしたいなら namespace を明示的に指定するか、ファイルそのものを削除する。今回はとりあえず削除して動いた。

• CentOS 6.5/postfix/Dovecot 2.0.9/Cyrus SASL で構築した際は Cyrus SASL で設定するので testsaslauthd/sasldbusers2 コマンドなどで諸々設定を確認した。CentOS 7/postfix/Devecot 2.2.10/Dovecot SASL だと https://blog.apar.jp/linux/3979/ にあるように smtpd_sasl_type = dovecot で指定できる。(その場合他の設定も諸々必要になる。)
  • ただし Cyrus SASL を使わない場合もれなく testsaslauthd/sasldbusers2 などのコマンドも使えないので、IMAP の疎通確認などは telnet を使う原始的な方法になった。他の方法があれば知りたい･･･。
  • dovecot の詳細ログは http://qa.atmarkit.co.jp/q/2683 で紹介されている auth_verbose = yes と auth_debug = yes を /etc/dovecot/dovecot.conf に指定すると /var/log/maillog に出力される。
  • この設定のおかげで postfix の mynetworks の設定を修正できた。(127.0.0.1/8 などの設定は postfix test は通ってしまうようだったが、実は間違いだった。postconf -e 127.0.0.0/8 ... などに修正して postfix 再起動で動いた。
    • postconf -e でコマンドラインから設定できるのも地味に役立った。
    • postfixでSMTP送信時「Temporary lookup failure」エラーの原因 も参照した。
