アニメーションGIFをきれいに作る方法、とかで調べると色々出てくるけど、最低限で良ければカラーパレットを指定するだけで済むので、そのことのメモ。
$ ffmpeg -i src.file -vf "palettegen" -y palette.png
$ ffmpeg -i src.file -i palette.png -lavfi "paletteuse" dst.gif
結果
