リンクURLではなくアクセスからコピーする

https://storage.cloud.google.com/(バケット名)

ではなく

https://storage.googleapis.com/(バケット名)

となります。

storage.cloud.google.comでも一応アクセスできますが、IEで画像をXHRで取得したときにリダイレクトでエラーになり(Chromeは問題なし)、原因を調査したところリダイレクトがかかっていたため、変更しました。
