gitHubの「Setting」タブをクリック
アクセス制御の「Collabotators」をクリック
アクセス制御ブロック「Manage access」の「Add people」をクリック
招待者のgitHubアカウントを入力⇒選択して「Select a collaborator above」をクリック
招待したいアカウントがリポジトリ閲覧できたら成功。
